Brett is such a superstar. The house that we fell in love with ended up being an extremely complicated deal to make. Brett was absolutely on the ball with EVERYTHING. He coordinated with so many different people (multiple lawyers, municipalities, realtors, etc) and found fixes to make sure that we could make the deal work. He was great at communicating some very confusing administrative/ legal issues and always kept up us to date on what was going on. I truly don't think that we would now own this home without him.
